1. To guarantee a spot in our tournament, you MUST confirm your spot by contacting us no later than 6 p.m. the Wed. before the tournament. NO SPOTS will be held without confirmation.
2. If you would like to start on a certain lane, you must prepay by the Wed. before the tournament. That means your entry must have been received at Mountaineer Lanes by then.
3. Unless you have prepaid, lane assignments will only be made as you check in on the day of the tournament.
4. Check in is from 11 a.m. til 12:30 p.m. You must check in by 12:30 p.m.
5. Practice begins at 12:45 p.m. with the tournament beginning at 1 p.m.
